How to Earn PDUs
Professional Development Units (PDUs) are required for certification renewal for both Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and Program Management Professionals (PgMPs). Each certified professional must earn 60 PDUs in a 3-year certification cycle. The specifics regarding PDU categories, minimums, maximums, and Registered Education Providers (R.E.P.s) are described in the Continuing Certification Requirements section of the PMI website.
