Chapter Membership Annual Meeting and Presentation: Uncharted Terrain: Mastering a $5.4M Project Without a Map

Business Acumen

In 'Uncharted Terrain: Mastering a $5.4M Project Without a Map', we embark on a journey through the unconventional project management landscape navigated by non-profit leaders with limited prior experience. This presentation delves into the initial project and challenges, strategic adaptation, and innovative problem-solving that propelled the Foundation 2 Crisis Services $5.4M capital campaign to success. Attendees will gain insights into the transferable lessons and cross-sector innovations gleaned from managing a complex renovation project, highlighting the process that emerged when traditional methodologies were redefined in real-time. This short presentation will offer a fresh perspective on flexibility, stakeholder engagement, and the lessons learned by utilizing a “fly by the seat of your pants” approach!

Registration and payment holds your spot. When you check-in members will be reimbursed for the cost of registration.

Prior to the program, please come early to enjoy food from Cliff's Grill as you walk around and learn more about PMI Eastern Iowa Chapter's accomplishments in 2023 and plans for 2024 through a "poster style" annual meeting.
