Kristie Jordan, PMP, RTE- Kristie has almost 30 years in the corporate environment. This includes more than 20 years of project management experience in various industries. Kristie Jordan has been PMP certified since 2005. Since joining ACT in 2018, she has become a SAFe Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Release Train Engineer. In the past few years, she has been instrumental in the agile transformation of the Content and Research teams at ACT. Kristie is currently a Release Train Engineer (RTE). An RTE is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating the ART events and processes while assisting the teams in delivering value. LinkedIn Profile
Renée Rogers, MA, SA, POPM, SPC- Renée is the Director for a team of Agile Product Owners and Scrum Masters and an Agile coach at ACT. She has an extensive background in content development for large-scale high-stakes assessments, with a particular focus on English Language Arts. In the past three years, she has played an instrumental role in the Agile transformation for Content and Research at ACT. Renée is a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), teaches SAFe certification courses at ACT, and participates in regular discussions about the adoption of Agile across the company. Angie Stalder, PMP, SPC- Angie is an Agile Coach at ACT. She has been coaching, mentoring, and teaching Lean-Agile principles and practices at ACT for several years at all levels of the organization. Angie is a driving member of the Agile transformation at ACT and has helped both technology and non-technology teams adopt Lean-Agile ways of working. She is a certified SAFe Program Consultant, teaches SAFe-certified courses, and supports team members across the organization by practicing SAFe and Lean-Agile at ACT. Abbie Urbain, RTE, POPM- Abbie is a Senior Release Train Engineer at ACT, working with both a technical ART (Agile Release Train) and non-technical ART. Throughout ACT's transition to Agile, she has played many roles within an Agile train - including Team Member, Product Manager, and Release Train Engineer - and holds certifications as a Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer, Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified SAFe Scrum Master.

Come learn how ACT implemented Agile in an organization beyond software development. ACT team members will share lessons learned and tidbits on how they accomplished an agile implementation during a time of industry change, pandemic impacts and a move to a remote workforce.

To obtain a refund for a cancellation made before the deadline, please send a request to the VP of Finance. Please note your name, event, event date, and payment amount in your e-mail.
Please note that since September 2018, due to PMI process change in reporting PDUs, we will not be reporting PDUs on behalf of members for Chapter Meetings. Members will have to claim PDUs on their own manually. We still plan to do this for yearly Professional Development Day (PDD). Please refer to the link for more information.
