For anyone who was not able to attend the in-person, however, is able to attend virtually registration for the event will remain open till 2:30 pm CST on March 9th.

Sheri has 20-plus years of experience in corporate environments. She began in public accounting, then moved into various leadership roles in the financial services industry, focused primarily on operations & global project delivery. Now, she is the Founder & CEO of The DASH Mindset. Life is made of two dates & a dash, & she feels strongly that it's up to each of us to own & pursue the dash meant for us. As a life coach, she leverages an assessment called YouMap® to help leaders reveal their inner genius & unlock their full potential. She's a self-professed travel junkie who loves to experience new cultures & meet new people. When she's not traveling, she lives in Iowa with her husband & their 9 & 11-year-old boys, & her recently married stepson & daughter-in-law live just a couple hours away.

Do your colleagues and team members do exactly what you expect them to do? Do you agree with every decision they make? Do you understand one another 100% of the time? If you're human, I suspect your answer is "no". And that may lead you to believe things would be much easier if everyone would just think & act the same way you did, right? I know I've had that thought.
But fortunately, that will never be the case. We differ from one another for a billion plus reasons, & age, gender, industry, culture, country & role are just a few. In this session, I'll share some of the additional reasons, beyond what meets the eye, & I'll share some strategies for managing & even mutually benefiting from them.

To obtain a refund for a cancellation made before the deadline, please send a request to the VP of Finance. Please note your name, event, event date, and payment amount in your e-mail.
Please note that since September 2018, due to PMI process change in reporting PDUs, we will not be reporting PDUs on behalf of members for Chapter Meetings. Members will have to claim PDUs on their own manually. We still plan to do this for yearly Professional Development Day (PDD). Please refer to the link for more information.
