About the Webinar: We have all dealt with crisis situations in our lives. Fatal, unpleasant, and damaging are a few adjectives that go hand in hand with such events.You have probably witnessed many happy endings as well as not-so-happy endings. While you can’t avoid all negative events that may affect you, your business, or both,all crises share common features that are perfectly manageable by anybody willing.

 

What You Will Learn:
After this one-hour session, learners will be able to:
- Understand common features in all crises
- Avoid instinctive but detrimental reactions in times of crisis
- Prioritize actions to overcome a crisis
