BA Fundamentals (8 hours)

This course has been developed to provide the basics of business analysis. Beginning with an overview of

knowledge, commonly performed processes, basic terminology, and a comparison between project

are looking for a course to refresh your skills, this course provides a solid introduction and baseline of
knowledge that no team member should be without.

PMI-PBA Prep (35 hours)
Business analysis is a competency that teams must master to deliver a solution of value - let alone deliver
on-time, on-budget, and within scope. Yet according to PMI Pulse of the ProfessionTM research (2016),
poor requirements are a leading cause for project failure. Whether you are responsible for eliciting the
requirements or leading the project, acquiring solid business analysis skills is imperative.

This course provides an in-depth review of the business analysis processes, knowledge, skills, and
techniques as discussed in PMI's business analysis standards, The PMI Guide to Business Analysis and
Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practice Guide. The materials within this course provide a solid
overview of the activities commonly performed by those fulfilling business analysis roles on programs
and projects.

This PMI-PBA® prep course is intended to prepare students who are interested in sitting for the
PMI-PBA® exam as well as anyone who is interested in completing an in-depth exploration of the
business analysis profession, including business analysis managers, PMI directors, and heads of business analysis
consultancy practices.
