Description: This interactive program will review the lastest New One Minute Manager by Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson about establishing short concise goals to maximize the communications between managers and employes and effecitive techniques to follow up on those goals.

Presenter: Lisa Persels, PMP
Lisa holds a BA from the University of Iowa in English with a Communications minor and a Master's in Business Administration from Colorado Christian University.
She is a Senior Client Relations Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology supporting the Contact Center Operations (CCO) which includes both Medicare and Marketplace contracts. Lisa became a certified Project Management Professional in November 2015 and is an Advanced Communicator and Leader in Toastmasters International.
