Description: What attendees can expect is really an off-the-cuff, interactive discussion on topics such as trends in the market for IT PMs, professional networking, resumes and interview tips. He is happy to answer questions about anything that might come up!

Eric started his staffing career in 2004 with Robert Half Technology in Cedar Rapids,
and has been in the IT staffing
industry in multiple roles since, including Lead and Senior Recruiter, Account Executive, and Division Director.
Since 2013, Eric has been in a focused Application Development Lead Recruiter role for the Cedar Rapids Robert Half Technology office, recruiting and placing candidates along the SDLC spectrum of positions in contract and contract to hire roles within Eastern Iowa. During his tenure, Eric has been part of teams that have on multiple occasions achieved previously unattained levels of success for the RHT division, and one of his favorite parts of the job is building relationships with clients and candidates to improve the ability to be a resource for them.
