August 2019 Chapter Meeting Program: Unlocking the Mysteries of Lean………..in the Office Description: Most people are aware that Lean, as a method of continual improvement, was founded in the area of manufacturing, specifically inside Toyota. The focus of this session is to dispel the mysteries of how the basics of Lean can be applied in the office.
