The District: Czech Village and New Bohemia (The District) is a Main Street America community. The District is focused on community driven neighborhood development where partners work toward placemaking and economic vitality.
Today Jennifer will share about The District’s 2025 plans to align stakeholders toward shared goal achievement. Jennifer will also present on business synergies, a neighborhood inclusion initiative, a digital awareness campaign, and merchant developed retail events.

Director of The District: Czech Village and New Bohemia
Executive Director, Jennifer Borcherding brings years of community building and nonprofit experience to the effort. Jennifer grew up in a small business and understands what they need to be successful. Jennifer is a published author and has years of successful development experience. Jennifer has built community in various roles and currently serves the community as an elected official.
