June 2020 Virtual Program - Business Analysis

June 11th, 2020 Online meeting

Program: How to Use BUSINESS ANALYSIS to Hedge Job Uncertainty

Description: We have been to this show before – when markets are up, it’s hard to get people to take time to invest in their careers. When markets

are down, it becomes a bit of a scramble for people to figure out what training to take or how to build up competencies to enhance their resume.

We are once again in uncertain times, but you are in a good place as a project manager! In this presentation, Laura Paton discusses the critical

competency of business analysis and explains how many project managers are in a good position to use their business analysis skills as a differentiator in

the job market.

For years – there has been this divide between project management and business analysis, but the real value comes when each

role understands the other role and has skills in both disciplines. Interested in finding unique ways to build out your resume in these uncertain times?

You won’t want to miss this presentation to hear how you can differentiate your resume by developing your skills in business analysis. You might even be surprised

to find out that you possess some of these competencies already!!
