The PMI Eastern Iowa Chapter's (EIC's) leadership team conducts monthly meetings to manage chapter business, plan chapter events, and identify opportunities to enhance member experience.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meets at the call of the President, or at the written request of three (3) members of the Board directed to the President. At least one-half of the membership of the Board at any given time must be present to constitute a quorum, which is required for the transaction of all official Chapter business requiring a vote. At its discretion, the Board may conduct its business by teleconference, electronic mail, facsimile or other legally acceptable means. Meetings shall be conducted in accordance with parliamentary procedures determined by the Board.
The Board of Directors generally conducts in-person meetings during the third week of the month.
The Board of Directors and Committee Directors conduct a monthly conference call to discuss chapter business.
